“The pick up was a bit chaotic as there were multiple tour groups at the same pick up/meeting point. I think it’s tourists (us) problem with some lacking discipline. No proper queuing and most lose their morale and just swarm towards an approaching bus. Our tour guild and bus captain, Sunny and Lucas were absolute fabulous. Very knowledgeable about history and clear on instructions, itinerary and time frame. This was a big tour group of about 40+ people. I’m a solo traveller and this wasn’t a problem. I love the places that were on the internet. Never disappointed.”

I showed up and asked them to service the dates that they agreed upon and told me they refused to because it was on a holiday and then told me there would be an extra fee and that they wouldn’t service that date anyway. They told me this long after the cancellation. Period closed so they robbed me of the opportunity to cancel and go with another tour provider. I also asked for a partial refund and they were extremely condescending refused to accept responsibility,…”
